The only real job you have in this world is to receive the light; that is all that is required of you. Do not confuse your outer job with the inner. To make yourself transparent and receive and reflect the light is your highest, most worthwhile duty. God works through willing instruments.
Receive the light of God by communion (with Aum) and by surrender of the little self.
Over the course of a week I’ve watched a situation dissolve before me, leaving me little choice but to surrender. We can’t fight divine will, but we can receive the blessings, comfort and peace of surrendering to divine will. In the end these outer intangibles (but deeply felt inner tangibles) add up to a treasure beyond any monetary gain.
